It saves every buyer enquiry together with what the buyer is looking for, keeps each buyer's status, notes and last contact in one place, and matches automatically in both directions: every new property with existing buyers, and every new buyer with existing properties — even months after the first enquiry. It is designed, built and run by Codeist, a software development company from Mostar, Bosnia & Herzegovina.
The problem it solves
A buyer contacts an agency, nothing suitable is available, and three months later the right property appears — but nobody remembers that buyer. Enquiries end up scattered across phone calls, Viber, email, spreadsheets and notebooks. EstateLead turns them into one database that works for the agency, connecting leads with properties automatically.

When a new property is added, EstateLead finds every saved buyer whose criteria it fits. When a new buyer is saved, it finds the existing properties that match.

Who it is for
Small and medium real estate agencies that receive buyer enquiries by website form or phone and want to turn them into sales. EstateLead is an internal tool for the agency team — it is not a listing portal and does not replace OLX, Idealista or similar sites.
Pricing
Three monthly plans: Basic (90 €), Standard (180 €) and Premium (270 €), with 20% off on yearly billing. Agencies in Bosnia and Herzegovina pay the same amounts in KM. EstateLead is currently in a Beta program for partner agencies.
